From the point of first contact, Michelle was responsive and a pleasure to deal with, providing transparency upfront with costs. She appointed Garey to carry out an inspection of our hot water tap issue. He was extremely honest and professional throughout, and did an excellent job.

Liam was absolutely amazing. Came out extremely quickly on an emergency call for a burst pipe and fixed it immediately. He even put some preventative bits in place and showed me how to lag the pipes properly. Superb, honest chap, would definitely recommend.
